Janet Berry :: Oils and Acrylics Janet is mainly a self-taught artist and works in oils and acrylics. Her landscapes, seascapes and flowers are painted with an impressionistic approach. The love of gardening is evident in the vibrant floral paintings. She has won merit and purchase prize awards at sidewalk art shows where she exhibits most of her work. Several of Berry's paintings are in area banks. Some of the art classes and workshops include Farnsworth Art Museum, Audrey Belcher Drawing and Watercolor, Anthony Venti Illustrator and Artist, Alice W.I.loomis Oils, and David Curtis Oils. In addition to painting Janet has been teaching oil painting at Adult Education for S.A.D. #50. |
